Our Service personnel have received training as far as in Tokyo, Helsinki, Stamford, Tustin, Buenos Aires and other cities of the entire world. This distinguishes them as the better prepared personnel in the industry.All of our Service engineers are licensed by the State Department of Puerto Rico.
DISS is the only Fujifilm distributor with the “Authorized Service Provider” certificate by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In this way, every one of our personnel is enabled to provide service to Fujifilm customers in the United States if it was required.
