		Rubén A. García Sr. – With over 35 years of acknowledge experience in the health industry. He has been outstanding not only in Puerto Rico but in Latin America. His latest leadership position, prior to founding DISS, was as an Executive Vicepresident for the Picker International / Marconi company.

Cesar T. Guzmán – With over 30 years of experience in the Customer Support areas, Sales and Marketing for the companies like Unysis and Picker International. Before assuming the presidential role as DISS president, he was distinguished as the General Manager for Picker do Brasil, and before that, as the Sales and Marketing Director for the Picker International / Marconi Latin America region.

Isander Nieves – He has been distinguished in different Operational, Administrative and Financial positions for the last 25 years inside the health industry. He was the Finance Director for Picker International / Marconi in Latin America. Currently he works as the Finance Director in DISS.

As an additional note, Ruben, Isander and Cesar have been working together for more than 20 years, allowing an extraordinary stability in their corporate and personal relationships.
